Caring for Your Jewelry
Do:
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove oils and residue
Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, and exercising
Put jewelry on after applying lotion, perfume, and hairspray
Avoid:
Water, chlorine, and salt water (can tarnish wire and dull stones)
Harsh chemicals, including cleaning products and perfume
Tarnishing: Wire and metal findings may naturally tarnish over time with air exposure — this is normal and not a defect. Gently polish with a Jewelry polishing cloth to restore shine.
Sizing & Fit: Bracelets and rings are made to the size specified at checkout. Wire-wrapped pieces have a small amount of flexibility to resize. If they are overstretched, wrap around a cylindrical object to reshape.

Return window: You may return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
How to start a return: Email lilycatherine.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. I'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting me.
Refunds: Once your return arrives and is inspected, I'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to my error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo. I'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Exchanges: Need a different size or style? Contact me within 30 days, and I'll happily arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Items that have been worn, resized, altered, or damaged after delivery
Handmade notes: Because each piece is handmade, small variations in wire wrapping, stones, and pearls are normal and part of the charm. These variations aren't considered defects.
Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find your package, please contact me and check with your neighbors and your carrier first. I'll work with you to resolve it.

Shipping Method & Carrier: Orders ship via USPS with tracking included. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

I ship internationally! Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note: international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
