About Our Products
Lily Catherine Charms sells handmade and semi-handmade jewelry, including both ready-made and made-to-order items. Because many pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, size, and finish may occur between what's pictured and what you receive.
Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues).
   

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• We accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or for errors on our part (wrong item, wrong size, etc.).

• Please contact us within [14] days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

• Because many items are made-to-order or customized, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing preferences chosen at checkout, or normal handmade variation.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method; exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received (if applicable).
